A dynamic 50,000 sq ft natural turf putting surface designed for replayability and community connection

The Vision

A tour of four premier Arizona putting facilities inspired the owner, LCS, to ask for something different: a world‑class natural‑turf putting experience that’s endlessly fun yet meaningfully challenging for residents. We explored routing, turf selection, and innovative construction methods to create an immersive green built for lasting enjoyment.

Designed for Replayability

Instead of 18 fixed holes, the design prioritizes variety and replayability. One expansive putting surface transforms daily: 18‑hole routings playable in reverse, a 9‑hole option, and a superintendent’s‑choice setup on a four‑week rotation. This flexible approach keeps the experience fresh and encourages repeat play.
