Design Approach

Good courses feel inevitable. Gary starts with a thorough site analysis and lets natural landforms guide routing, then adds strategic choices—bunkering, greens shaping, and sightlines—characteristics that make holes memorable and fair for a wide range of players.

What You Get

Clear master plans, phased renovation strategies, construction oversight, and hands-on coordination with superintendents and contractors. Gary focuses on playable, maintainable solutions that respect budgets while improving member experience.
